If you purchase a product from our store, you will have the option to be added to our mailing list. You will receive emails updating you about new store products, sales and events. If you would rather not hear from us, kindly email online@rexfabrics.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. You will immediately be removed from our mailing list.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerages fees upon delivery. We currently ship International Orders via,FEDEX and UPS. Once an order is given to FEDEX or UPS the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Rex Fabrics is no longer liable. Rex Fabrics is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the U.S.A.

The Customer shall pay destination country for the Clearance Service in full and shall pay all applicable duties and other taxes imposed on charges for services made under the agreement. If your destination is outside of the US, you will be liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required by customs to release your order. RETURNS POLICY

It's important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the high demand and exclusivity of our merchandise, we must enforce a strict return policy. We do not accept any type of returns or exchanges, once your merchandise is shipped we will not accept it back. This applies to all orders we take. SHIPPING

Rex Fabrics fulfills orders from our Miami, FL 33135, USA location, utilizing trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS. Generally, items available in our store are dispatched within 1-2 business days. For products stored in our warehouses in North Carolina or California, the shipping timeline may extend, with a maximum processing time of 4 days.

Please note that our warehouse/store operates exclusively on weekdays. Weekends are not factored into the processing time for Overnight, 2nd day, Ground, or any other express/priority shipments. To ensure same-day shipping, please place your order before our 10:00 AM cut-off time.

CARRIER DELAYS

Our staff will ship your product as soon as possible. If your product is not delivered within the timeframe that was promised by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) we are in no obligation to provide a refund for the shipping services. Once you pay for the shipping charges you are relaying on the carriers service for transportation.

Please note that some handmade, custom, or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable.
